Ingredients –

  • Butter
  • Dark chocolate
  • Whipped cream
  • Oreo biscuits 
  • Cake mold

Directions –

  1. Sweeten the whipping cream with just enough powdered sugar and beat it to a soft peak.
  2. Take oreo sandwich biscuits, open them and scrape off the cream. Keep the oreo thins in another bowl. 
  3. In the mold apply some butter with a brush. Place a butter paper or parchment paper and brush some more butter on the paper. 
  4. Place the oreo biscuits on the butter paper in a single layer. On the oreo layer, spread the whipped cream. 
  5. Place the second layer of oreo biscuits and follow it with another cream layer. Repeat the layers until the mold is full. 
  6. Top the last whipped cream layer with finely grated dark chocolate.

2. Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients –

  • A bar of dark chocolate
  • Water
  • Instant Coffee powder
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract

Directions –

  1. In a saucepan, put some blocks of chocolate, water, sugar, and a teaspoon of coffee. Keep heating and stirring until the chocolate melts and flows.
  2. Fill a medium-sized bowl with some water and more ice until it’s 1/3rd full. Place a large bowl on it, so that the base of the second rests over the ice. Make sure it is very chilled.
  3. Add your melted chocolate mixture to the bowl. Stir it for a couple of minutes or until the chocolate is firm again.
  4. Empty the mousse into a glass and top it with a topping of your choice. It can be rainbow sprinkles, berries, almonds, or ice cream.

Ingredients-

  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Cream cheese
  • Vanilla extract
  • Blueberries pie filling
  • Cracker crumbs
  • Butter
  • Confectioners’ sugar or powdered sugar
  • A shot glass to serve

Directions-

  1. Take a bowl and empty unevenly crushed cracker crumbs in it.
  2. To the crumbs, add 2 tablespoons of melted sugar followed by 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Mix the 3 ingredients well.
  3. Take a teaspoon of the crumbs and lay it in your shot glass.
  4. Time to make the filling. In another bowl, whip cream cheese to make it soft.
  5. To the smooth cream cheese gradually add condensed milk, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and squeeze in some lime juice. Blend it.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mix over the crumbs until the 3/4th of the glass.
  7. Top your shot with a blueberry pie filling.

Directions – 

  1. On a double boiler, add chocolate pieces and sweetened condensed milk. Stir it until the chocolate melts. 
  2. Take a deep bottom dish or baking tin. Grease it with some butter and spread butter paper. Brush some butter on the paper and pour the melted chocolate mix.
  3. Cool it for 10 minutes.
